SHORT HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL

Karmel college came into existence as a child of necessity on September 19th 2005, due to the insistence of parents, whose child/ward had passed through our sister school, Karmel Preparatory school (i.e the Nursery and Primary school arm) which was established on 28th September,1998 with the sole aim of adding value to the lives of students by imparting in them good morals and excellent education so as to prepare them for their future careers and challenges.
As a result of the high standard set by our team of dedicated staff and the conducive environment, a great vacuum was created between our graduates in the preparatory school and in the secondary schools where they were admitted after leaving Karmel Preparatory School. It was for this reason, that the parents of our children insisted that Karmel College should be established so that an avenue of continuity for good moral and academic development could be achieved. Hence, the establishment of Karmel College.
